Jomah Jallah
Executive Director
Jomah Jallah is a dedicated development and administrative leader with experience across civil society, financial institutions, and national programs in Liberia. He has served in key roles with the International Bank Liberia Limited, the National Election Commission, LISGIS, and Progressive Women for Development. His strong background in financial management, organizational leadership, and community engagement led to his appointment as Executive Director of the Making Our Children Safe Again Foundation (MOCSA). Mr. Jallah is committed to strengthening child protection, empowering vulnerable youth and families, and advancing MOCSA’s mission of creating safer communities across Liberia. His professional discipline, integrity, and results-driven leadership continue to guide the organization’s growth and impact.

Jerry Patrick Gardea
Program Director, MOCSA Foundation-Liberia
Jerry Patrick Gardea is a dedicated, professional, and compassionate administrator with a strong record of service. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Stella Maris Polytechnics University in Monrovia, Liberia, complemented by specialized certificates in Computer Sciences. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, he has worked extensively in administration, human resources, and project coordination across both government institutions and private-sector environments. Throughout his career, he has contributed to strategic planning, program implementation, and detailed reporting for a range of development and organizational initiatives. His work is marked by strong leadership, organizational efficiency, and a commitment to community impact. In his current role as Program Director at MOCSA Foundation Liberia, Jerry oversees project development, ensures effective execution of program activities, and supports the foundation’s mission through consistent engagement, monitoring, and coordination with partners and stakeholders.
