About Me

I am Dr. Harris S. Freeman, a passionate healthcare professional committed to improving public health in Liberia. From my early life in Salayea Town, Lofa County, I learned the values of dedication and compassion from my parents, Joseph Freeman and Lorpu Nyanquoi.

My academic journey began in Guinea and continued in Liberia, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Liberia in 2012. I later earned my Doctor of Medicine degree in 2020 and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health and a residency in Internal Medicine.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various healthcare roles, including as a medical officer and dispenser. I was actively involved in the Ebola response in 2014-2015 and have served in hospitals across Liberia. Currently, I am the Medical Director for the Making Our Children Safe Again (MOCSA) Foundation, where I focus on providing care to vulnerable communities.
